Visas - Important Notice
The Australian government no longer provides visa services in Nigeria. All visa applications are processed at the Australian High Commission in Pretoria, South Africa, (Tel: +27 12 423 6000). Phone enquiries can be made between 0830 and 1530 hrs Pretoria time. E-mail enquiries can be sent to: pretoria.nigeria@dfat.gov.au.
All enquiries should be directed to Pretoria as the Australian High Commission in Nigeria does not have any staff trained in immigration or visa issues.
Visa application forms can be collected from DHL offices in Abuja, Lagos or Port Harcourt, or can be downloaded from the Department of Immigration and Citizenship website. All information about visas and immigration can also be found on this website.
All visa applications must be lodged and paid for through one of the following DHL offices as they are the only ones which have the appropriate information and systems in place for sending the applications to Pretoria.
